all you need is
- whole wheat pasta (I used baby shells)
- 1 garlic clove
- olive oil
- parmigiano-reggiano
So basically I just boiled some water, and cooked the pasta for about 7-8 minutes making sure it was al dente while it was cooking a cut about 1/4 of the garlic clove off and sautéed it with some olive oil on a medium heat
I drained the pasta it in a colander and tossed it with the garlic and some more olive oil
I finished it with a load of grated parmigiano-reggiano
