How I Cleared my Acne

Alright so I had pretty clear skin, and then a week before high school started (we start in grade 8) my forehead just broke out crazily,

You can imagine how bad that bad that sucked but it didn't stop there. I was constantly struggling between breakouts al over my face, and angry dry red peeling areas that turned out to be eczema on my face.

It never got cystic but I was still super insecure and  turned to caking on makeup.
Which by the way doesn't hide anything it may change the colour but thats about it.

Now I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle, I work out 7 days a week, whether it be martial arts, dance, or running and conditioning. 

But nothing seemed to help. It just got worse.

After 9 months of constant breakouts with no turnaround I turned around.

I stopped consuming sugary foods this s a major major thing I don't eat fried foods in the first place but I have a sweet tooth and I yanked him out. 

So thats the first thing, cut down your sugar intake, you cant just use a miracle product you must work from the inside out

I also consume much less dairy then I used to.

Moisturize
Treat

always always wash your hands before touching your face,
cleansing is super important and doubly so if you wear makeup. I remove my makeup and then wash my face, moisturizing is key even if you have oily skin. Treat. whether it be an anti-aging serum, or a salicylic acid gel, treat after you moisturize. 

What I Did.


  • Cutdown on sugar 
  • Cutdown on dairy
  • remove makeup
  • cleanse face
  • moisturize face
  • treat face
I also use an infrared light treatment 3+ times weekly
