Week By Week

       Since its summer and aside from my training I've got nothing important to do, I'm going to start taking care of myself. Each week Il focus on a certain thing of sorts and I'll update you guys daily.
Starting Sunday I'll be focusing on my skin. Because I do struggle with some acne I want to really treat my skin with daily masks, and makeup free days.

After skin week will be

  • food + body (cleaning up my diet and working out more)
  • mental health (creating a happy mental environment for myself through the meditation my mother has been begging me to do) 
  • hair (no heat, masks, etc)
