Yummy Energizing Summer Breakfast Idea

I have been having this every day for the past week and am still loving it

Basically I've been taking about 4 heaping spoons of greek yogurt, cutting up a ripe peach and eating that with the yogurt but also sprinkling it with some granola for extra energy throughout the day. I find that higher fat yogurt will keep me fuller longer but its up to you
