So here are some exercises and tips, no drastic meal plans. Just tips and Tricks
Tips:
1) Drink plenty of water! (I'll have some recipes for my favourite detox waters up shortly)
2) Avoid processed and sweetened foods FACT: the less you eat sweet foods the less you crave them
3) workout regularly, Its important to sweat not only for your bodies well being but for you to look and feel your best
4) Find a swimsuit that suits your figure ( I posted a swimsuit guide a while back)
5) Be happy! Not only pregnant women emit a glow, people are attracted to those who send out good vibes

ARMS:
- Plank, hold for 60 seconds
- pushups, do 20
- dive bombers do 5
ABBS:
- crunches d0 20
- reverse crunches do 10
- V-sit crunches do 15
- Russian twists do 25
- sit ups do 30
LEGS:
- squats do 50
- lunges 20 each side
- wall sit 1 min
- 20 calf raises
CARDIO
- 80 jumping jacks
- 25 high knees
- 20 butt kicks
- 30 mountain climbers
- 5 jump squats
- 10 burpees
