Skin Week update

So the first thing I've got to put out there is after checking with my doctor it wouldn't be healthy for me to drink a gallon of water. So instead I've just been drinking  1/2 gallon ( 8 cups )

Because I've just started this whole week thing I haven't noticed a huge difference in my skin, but I feel better!

Breakfast today was fresh peaches DELISH and yogurt with a lil bit o' granola.

  • Oh! for the record my fave granola brands are granola girl, and granola king.
