Body Week

So due to a surprise trip I have to start my body week today, tuesday the 2nd.

Heres what I'll be doing


  • no unnatural sugar
  • no fried foods
  • daily workouts (I'll tell you what i've done)
  • 8 cups of water
  • 3 cups of green tea
  • no eating 1h before bed
I hope it goes well and I'll update you guys of course
