Body Week Update


  • Breakfast was of course peaches yogurt and granola with a cup of green tea and afterwards I drank 2 cups of water
  • Lunch was spinach pizza, with water and green tea again
  • My before workout snack was a fruit and nut energy bar and another glass of water
  • My workout was martial arts and we basically spent the class working on weapons, the closest thing I can think of is doing like an intensive zumba class.
  • After my workout I chugged a bottle of water, went home and had some melon :) delish
  • And Dinner was veggie burgers, and baked potatoes
