I picked up the Herbal Essence Naked Cleansing Conditioner because I have pretty intense workouts almost daily and my hair gets really sweaty its important to get it clean buuuuut, I don't like to wash my hair daily because it's bad for it. So I'm opting for this because I can get all that sweat and nastiness out while still keeping it moisturized.

I tried the cleansing conditioner last night, and it was nice, my hair is pretty soft, not dull but not particularly shiny, it gets the job done I mean its not a WOW product but I got it for $6
